APPLICABLE STANDARDS
CERTIFICATION FRAMEWORK
Protective Gloves Against Mechanical Risks
European standard for gloves protecting against abrasion, blade cut, tear, puncture, and impact. Ratings expressed as a 6-value code (e.g. 4X43C). The letter suffix indicates cut resistance method: A = Coupe test, B = ISO 13997 (TDM), C = EN ISO 13997 (TDM) with additional requirements.
American National Standard for Hand Protection
ANSI cut resistance levels A1–A9 based on grams of force required to cut through the glove material using the ASTM F2992 test method. Higher numbers indicate greater cut resistance.
General Requirements for Protective Gloves
Baseline standard covering construction, innocuousness, comfort, efficiency, dexterity, and marking requirements applicable to all protective gloves.
Impact Protection — Knuckle and Back of Hand
Standard for protective gloves with impact protection elements. Level 1 and Level 2 ratings based on transmitted force through the protective element under impact test conditions.
CERTIFICATION & TESTING
NOTIFIED BODY & TEST RECORDS
All performance ratings are based on manufacturer-provided test data per the applicable EN and ANSI/ISEA standards listed below. Copies of test certificates are available upon request for procurement and safety documentation purposes.

INTENDED USE STATEMENT
Hyperscale Tough CORE and MAX gloves are designed and tested for use as personal protective equipment (PPE) in occupational environments presenting mechanical hand hazards including cut, abrasion, puncture, and impact. Intended applications include data center construction, commissioning and startup operations, warehouse and logistics handling, and industrial facility maintenance where the identified hazard profile is consistent with the product's certified performance ratings.
LIMITATIONS — NOT RATED FOR THE FOLLOWING
Electrical hazards
Not rated for electrical insulation. Do not use as protection against electrical shock, arc flash, or live electrical work. Use appropriate dielectric gloves for electrical PPE requirements.
Chemical exposure
Not tested or rated for chemical resistance. Do not use as primary protection against chemical splash, immersion, or permeation hazards.
Thermal / heat hazards
Not rated for heat, flame, or molten metal splash. Do not use where thermal protection is the primary PPE requirement.
Vibration
Not rated for anti-vibration performance per ISO 10819. Not a substitute for anti-vibration gloves where HAV (hand-arm vibration) controls are required.
Sterile / cleanroom environments
Not manufactured under cleanroom conditions. Not suitable for use where particulate contamination control is a primary requirement.
